HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOGRAPH

Want to share a glimpse of your world with the essential tremor community? IETF seeks photography submissions from anyone with essential tremor. Selected photos will appear in the fall/winter issue of Tremor Talk or on www.essentialtremor.org.

Theme: Nature's Finest � Through December 31, 2011, email us one digital photograph of a nature image to info@essentialtremor.org and please include your full name. Tell us about this photograph - place, occasion, time of year, why it caught your eye, etc. And please share a note about yourself in 25 words or less so we can give credit for the photo.

Specifications: Glimpse images selected to appear in Tremor Talk must be high-resolution (300 dpi). Low-resolution images (72 dpi) are suitable only for display on the website. Ask a family member or friend if you need assistance.

Rights: By emailing the IETF with your photo submission, you grant IETF with rights to publishthe image in print or for electronic distribution and confirm that the image is your original work. Published images will be credited to photographer; no compensation is offered.

Due to the number of submissions, IETF staff cannot reply to inquiries confirming use of the photographs.
