Tremor Gram September 2013

Tulips for Tremor Comes to a Close

With the help of our donors, we sponsored $85,000 in research last year. Overall, we have distributed more than $650,000 in research funding to scientists who ultimately will identify the causes of essential tremor, and develop a cure.  But there is so much more work to be done. We are $5,474 short of our fundraising goal. Please help us reach our goal and fund more research. Every donation matters! Donate now.

IRA Charitable Rollover Extended

As a provision of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, IRA Charitable Rollover was extended through December 2013. This allows individuals who are 70 ½ and older to make a direct transfer totaling up to $100,000 per year to 501(c)3 organizations, like the IETF, without having to count the transfers as income for federal income tax purposes.
