The Goulden Touch Scholarship
All Pro Kicker Robbie Gould has a mission to help students affected by ET. As a result, his public charity, The Goulden Touch, (http://www.gouldentouch.org), will sponsor a $500 educational scholarship through the IETF. The scholarship is available for students of all ages living in the Chicagoland area.
While this particular scholarship is limited to the Chicago area, the IETF also offers other $500 scholarships for students affected by ET living throughout the nation. Brain Health Fair in Philly
Get a front row seat as world-class neurologists discuss the ins and outs of our brains. The 2014 Brain Health Fair, presented by the American Brain Foundation, will take place from 10-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A, in Philadelphia, PA.
This FREE, day-long event features educational classes on brain diseases and treatment options, health screenings, free giveaways and resources, plus interactive exhibits for the whole family. Focused UltraSound Foundation Expands Study Recruitment
The Focused UltraSound Foundation now has sites recruiting patients for InSightec’s essential tremor pivotal study. Enrolling sites now include:

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto, Canada
Swedish Medical Center, Seattle, Washington
Toyko Women’s Medical University, Toyko, Japan
University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia
Yonsei University Medical Center, Seoul, South Korea
The results of this multi-site trial are expected to support submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Health Canada for regulatory approval of focused ultrasound to treat patients with essential tremor.
